Camera — Required to capture patrol checkpoint photos and guard selfies. The app does not record video or audio.
Location (While Using) — Required to tag each checkpoint photo with GPS coordinates. The app only accesses location while actively in use. No background location tracking.
Photo Library — Optional. Requested only if you choose to upload a custom site logo. We read one image you select; we do not access your full library.
Microphone — The camera framework technically references microphone access. GuardTrack Pro does not record audio at any time.
GuardTrack Pro does not share your data with any third party automatically or passively.
When you tap Share Report, the app generates a patrol report and opens WhatsApp with the content pre-filled. You control what is sent and to whom. This is entirely user-initiated.
We have no access to your WhatsApp messages or contacts.
All data is stored on your device using iOS standard storage (app documents directory and shared preferences). Data persists until you:

GuardTrack Pro is a professional tool intended for security personnel aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
We may update this privacy policy when the app adds new features. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
Since all data lives on your device and we have no server-side storage, you have full control at all times. You can delete all data by uninstalling the app. For any questions, contact us below.
