GuardTrack Pro is developed by Mrinal Singh Raja (MSRX). We take privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

We collect only what is necessary to provide GuardTrack Pro's functionality:
- Usage data to improve app performance (anonymized)
- Crash reports to fix bugs (no personal identification)
- GPS location data for patrol logging (stored on your device)
- Photos taken during patrol (stored locally unless you export them)
- Shift schedules and incident reports you create
Data Storage
GuardTrack Pro stores all patrol data securely on your device. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.
Third-Party Services
We may use the following third-party services:
- Apple App Store — for app distribution and purchases
- Apple Maps — for location display
- iCloud — for optional backup if you enable it
Children's Privacy
Our apps are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this privacy policy. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the Effective Date above.
Who is responsible for this app
This app is published by Mrinal Singh Raja, an individual, under the name “MSRX”. MSRX is a brand name, not a registered company, and nothing here should be read as implying a company behind it.
For the purposes of India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 he is the data fiduciary, and the data controller under the UK and EU GDPR. He is also the grievance contact for the purposes of India’s Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. This policy is governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of it. It describes how the app actually works, in plain language; it is not legal advice and has not been reviewed by a lawyer.
